One 8N saved !

Nobody in their right mind would spend $350 on a project like this, guess that's why It's in my garage now.

When I got her home.

Pile of loose parts, based on the flywheel it hasn't ran for a while.

Getting started on Flywheel and clutch.

Resurfaced Flywheel, new ring and new clutch kit.

New manifold.

Restoring the distributor.

New 1 wire alternator and correct bracket.

I rebuilt the starter with a new Bendix.

I couldn't engage 2 gears in the transmission. I discovered a stuck shaft and water in transmission and axle assembly, fixed and new oil.

Finally got her running and driving, oh and it even stops !

Hooked up to the brush hog.

Back on the job, the old girl runs great !!!
